Addiction
From Prayers for Victory in Spiritual Warfare, by Tony Evans.

Belt of Truth
Father God, I put on Your belt of truth as I stand against the addictions that would destroy me. The Truth is that through Christ, I can resist the magnetic pull of the substances that have lured me. I am dead to the sin of addiction and fully alive to God through the resurrection poser of Jesus Christ. Lord, may the Through of my identity in You protect me when I am tempted to return to my addiction. While I still have ears to hear, remind me to turn to You. And place people in my life who will walk with me through this to victory. In Christ's name, amen.

Breastplate of Righteousness

Lord, my righteous state through the blood of Christ is my breastplate, protecting me from the enemy's poison-tainted arrows. With this armor, I stand strong in the battle for my soul. Your righteousness prevails against all the attempts o the enemy to lure me back into my unrighteous addictions. When I wear the breastplate o righteousness, there is no place for addictions in my life. Thank You for not leaving me alone in this. Thank You for victory in Your name - I have overcome because You have overcome. In Christ's name, amen.

Shield of Faith
Form time to time, Lord, I see the enemy's arrows of temptation flying toward me. At such times, I take up the shield of faith against those fiery darts. I repel every advance of my adversary with this mighty shield. Lord, I hold it up high and watch the enemy retreat as his missiles fall harmlessly to the ground. My faith is in You, Lord, knowing You have not let me, despite how low I have sunk. You have forgiven me for the thigs I have done while under the influence of substances. You can restore that which has caused my pain to begin with . I have faith that no challenge is too difficult for You to win. In Christ's name, amen.

Helmet of Salvation
Thank You, Father, for Your salvation, which is a helmet against the destructive thoughts of my enemy. Thank You for a helmet of salvation that prevents the desires of my addiction for taking hold of my mind, demanding satisfaction. I praise You, Father, for this strong defense against the enemy. I put it on right now and remind myself of my security, strength, and power in  You. I am a new creation in You, and so I can overcome these chemical strongholds. In Christ's name. Amen.

Sword of the Spirit

God, I take up the sword of the Spirit against satan's lies, and I stand in this truth:
*****No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way o escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13)********
I also choose to be sober-minded and watchful, knowing that satan is looking or a way to devour me (1Peter 5:8) Father, I proclaim this truth over my lie: "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you" (James 4:7) In Christ's name, amen.

These are a great start. Read them and then put into your own words. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal what is at the root of each additive or harmful behavior. If you manage the addiction without pulling out the root it will grow back
